Light Your Fire Retreat

Unplugging out in nature in order to reconnect with what really matters and having fun, deep and meaningful conversations with other bright women is one of my favorite things to do! Taking time away from the busy-ness of life, putting the electronics away, not responding to every ding or ring every once in a while, can be so helpful in order to get perspective about what my heart and soul truly desire.

I feel like this message is slowly emerging out in the world – but there are still those whoJill Farmerfeel like if they get off of the hamster wheel of their day to day life, all hell will break loose. I felt that way AND once I got to experience the feeling of calm that comes from simply spending time outside, slowing down and tuning into the present moment, I became more clear about what actually was important to do.

Sharing this with other women has become a major passion of mine. So, when Jill Farmer told me about her “Light Your Fire” retreat, I knew I had to be a part of it!

Not only because Jill is fabulous and our minds think alike in many ways (like playing with how to actually have as much ease and joy in our real, everyday lives as possible) but it was all about lighting the fire within women to help them fall in love with their lives! Sign me up!! Additionally, I love using fire as a coaching tool to help in this process and it never ceases to amaze me how each person gets exactly what they need. All this together and it seemed like a perfect fit…and it has been!!

Margaret WebbThree years later I look back upon all of the amazingly supportive relationships that I’ve formed with the women who were there but also notice how each of them took what they learned and applied it in their lives to be happier and more fulfilled. This makes my heart so happy!!

If this sounds appealing to you, Jill and I would love to have you join us at the Blue Star Ranch in October!

We will be sharing a mindfulness practice called Sit Spot. We will be playing with fire as a coaching tool. There will be campfires, sharing practical strategies for what to do when unhelpful thoughts creep in, and this year we have added coaching with horses in order to experience how we can show up with greater awareness, curiosity and clarity.

All of these things have been chosen because we know it works. Our passion is to help women have peace, ease and joy in life and we would love to have you!
